SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 3-5 days upon payment being received. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience high volume in orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. This may result in extra days in transit.

We proudly post with Sendle and Auspost. Sendle provides services locally within Australia. Sendle is the first company in the country to offer fully carbon neutral delivery service.

Once you place an order with SOIL + EARTH CO, you will receive an email from Sendle or Auspost with your parcel tracking details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, as a small business at this point, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an error in the address.

Return + Exchange

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@soilandearthco.com.au within 48 hours of order arrival. If stock of defected/damaged item is not available in stock, we are happy to refund payment in the invoice for that item in full. (Refund will not include any shipping costs)

Please supply us with your contact name, picture of the item(s) you are returning for an exchange and the reason for your return.

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. 

 

If you are approved for a refund due to stock unavailability, payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Please note bank merchant fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
​If your parcel has been lost during transit please contact the courier provider via the emailed tracking page head to “Missing Parcel enquiry”. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and a customer enquiry will be lodged.

​

It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Sendle via the tracking email that was sent to your registered email address.

SOIL + EARTH CO are only accountable for the time it takes us to hand over your parcel to the shipping company, once this has been picked from SOIL + EARTH CO your order has been fulfilled. Any delays once handed over are the responsibility of shipping company.
